Dental Practice Tour
Here’s What You Can Expect During Your First Dental Visit:
When you arrive, our patient coordinator will extend a warm welcome and get you registered with the practice and let the rest of the team know you have arrived. We will also go over your insurance coverage if needed, and assist you with any required paperwork.
Comprehensive Dental Exam:
As a new patient, Dr. Sojitra or Dr. Pandya will perform a thorough examination. They will delve into your past medical records, address any worries you might have, and confirm your overall well-being. If you’re feeling any nervousness about your appointment, this is the perfect time to express such feelings. We prioritize your comfort and will strive to ensure that your visit is as seamless and relaxing as possible. During this check-up, Dr. Sojitra or Dr. Pandya will evaluate your dental x-rays and conduct an oral cancer screening. This will encompass an inspection of your jaw, neck, tongue, and the interior of your mouth.
Dental Hygiene Visit:
During your dental appointment, one of our amazing dental hygienists will review your dental background and respond to any inquiries you may have about oral care practices, symptoms of periodontal disease, or tooth brushing and flossing methods. This is the perfect time to bring up any discomfort, sensitivities, or difficulties you might be dealing with.
We will check your mouth and gums as well as perform a routine oral cancer screening. Finally, we will perform a comprehensive dental cleaning and polishing of your teeth.
What's Next?
We will review your treatment plan together and our treatment coordinator will speak with you to arrange any necessary subsequent appointments, clarify payment methods and options, and answer to any questions you have about your dental insurance’s applicability to your suggested treatments.
You’ll be given a detailed cost analysis and insurance coverage report for every procedure. We’re here to help you through the entire treatment process as it is our mission is to ensure you receive the care you need quickly and comfortably.
